About the Writer’s Drawer:

An international potpourri of twenty-one short stories from many parts of the world, According to Adam is the second volume in The Writer’s Drawer Book Series. The first volume, A Certain Kind of Freedom: Stories and Poems from The Writers Drawer, was released in November 2013. The series derives from The Writer’s Drawer, a free, intercultural, literary website for writers of most genres and levels. The pieces chosen for the series reflect not only literary merit but also the international character of the website. The contributors to the anthology hail from Australia, India, Kurdistan, Egypt, Israel, Switzerland, Ireland, Canada, the USA, and more. The book offers a wide range of stories of different lengths and genres. It is divided loosely into three sections: Fantasy/Romance, Mystery/Horror/Adventure, and Biography/Realism, so there are stories to suit almost every age, taste, and occasion – whether you are curled up in bed, sitting in a coffee shop, or traveling somewhere.
